At Perfume Network India, we strive to ensure your fragrance experience is seamless; however, due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of luxury beauty products, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide Documentation
Submit clear photographs of the outer packaging, the product bottle, and a short video of the unboxing to verify the damage or defect.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup; the item must be returned in its original box with all seals and cellophane intact.
Resolution
After our warehouse team verifies the returned product, we will process a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
